Turbotax 2019 For Mac Download
There are some serious glitches in this year's program and I honestly wouldn't recommend downloading it. I have used Turbotax (& Quicktax) since 1993 and this year is the worst I have ever seen. I would recommend trying another program.
I changed the name of TurboTax Deluxe 2019 to TurboTax backup since the forms folder contains the state and updated latest forms. It will now ask you for activation since you updated. Where do we do that? Any screen shots?
Same here. It appears that the last update in early April updated the version to TurboTax 2019.r25.040 which is no longer allowing the command string to activate this version. Any ideas and help would be greatly appreciated.

@ Pete down there: I was able to get it to not charge me for the state eFile by using the commend line in the readme file that came with the download. From what I understand from that readme file, switching out the entitlement file in the Resource folder is only for downloading additional state without being charged (which also worked out perfectly for me).
Fortunately I was able to download two states with the patched Entitlement file in April but delayed filing until last night. Guess after all updates now you may not able to, seem also not able to bypass $25 state e-file fee. I actually also downloaded the Windows version from another site that updated to the latest version but unable to download 2nd state free. Thought I had to pay 2nd state and e-file fee with Windows version until I saw the RG steps that saved me $45 or $50 2nd state fee. Next year I gonna file earlier otherwise updates will still interrupt process.

Turbotax 2019 installed and working fine. Updated to Catalina 10.15.3, now Turbotax will not open. I've used CD or downloaded application. Removed previous versions first. Try to open, get dialog box, "Wait until we see if everything is up to date." Then nothing.
I can't imagine why the update would affect Turbo Tax when it and Catalina played well originally. Turbo Tax 2019 is not a 32-app. To check, on Catalina go Apple menu > system report > software > applications > Turbo Tax, and look in the far-right column to see if it is 64-bit or 32-bit.
10.3? Do you mean Mohave? You can't downgrade to Mohave without a full system backup from Time Machine or a clone. I don't think I misled you, but I have not installed TT on Catalina. I have it on Mohave. I did check in my Mohave system report and found, yes, TT 2019 is 64-bit. Do you have an older computer you can install it on?
